Schützen Sie Ihre WingtraOne im Falle eines versehentlichen Unfalls. Dies betrifft physischen Schaden, der nicht durch einen Herstellungsfehler auftritt, wie zum Beipsiel Unfälle und Abstürze aufgrund von schlechter Flugplanung, unsachgemäßer Verwendung oder Bedienfehlern. Im Falle von Schäden wird Ihre WingtraOne repariert oder ausgetauscht.
Terms and conditions
General
- only available for WingtraOne with a current warranty (1 year, after which the cover ends)
- in the event of damage: 20% of the repair costs - minimum €415, maximum €3750
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, small cracks or holes that do not affect the structural integrity of the drone.
- Damage to consumables due to normal ageing (propellers, batteries, centre stand, side stand)
- Loss or theft of the equipment
- Intentional damage to the device
- Damage caused by operating the device outside normal operating conditions (temperature, rain, snow, fog, altitude, extreme winds)
- Damage caused by modifications to the hardware outside of Wingtra's instructions.
- Any loss of data or interruption of operation
- Any damage and claims by third parties
- Damage due to force majeure
What is typically covered by accident cover?
- You accidentally place other equipment on the drone and a wing breaks
- You switch off "Follow terrain" and accidentally fly into a mountain
- You accidentally crash the drone into water
- You forget to fit high-altitude propellers and crash while flying over 4000 metres above sea level
The Fair Use Policy applies. Wingtra may increase the deductible or cancel or refuse WingtraProtect in the event of repeated replacement
