With DJI Care Enterprise Basic for the Mavic 3M, you purchase an activation code that can be redeemed on the DJI homepage.
This extends the option to receive up to two replacement devices in "new" or "as new" condition for a defective device within the 12-month validity period for the additional service fee of €264.
Please make sure that you have already linked DJI Care Enterprise Basic to your device and that it has not yet expired. The DJI Care Enterprise Basic product can only be activated when purchasing a new device. This product only includes the activation code to register your drone with DJI for renewal. This service is only available in the country where you purchased DJI Care Enterprise Basic. A maximum of 2 extensions are possible, whereby a maximum total term of the Care Service of 36 months (12 months through the service included in the scope of delivery + 2 x 12 months extension) can be achieved.
Explicitly covered are damages caused by
- Operating errors,
- Signal interference,
Service fees due on return:
- 264€ for the replacement device
Within the service region (EU) the exchange is free of charge. Outside this service region, the shipping costs and any customs duties must be borne by the customer.
