DJI Care Enterprise Plus – 12-Month Extension Code
With the DJI Care Enterprise Plus extension code, you secure comprehensive protection for your DJI device for an additional 12 months. During this period, you can have your defective device repaired free of charge up to the coverage limit or exchanged for a product in like-new condition – even in the event of self-inflicted accidents such as crashes or collisions. This service therefore offers benefits similar to insurance.
Important details
- The extension code can be activated before the original DJI Care Enterprise Plus expires or within 15 days after its expiry.
- The service is only available in the country or region in which both DJI Care Enterprise and the corresponding device were purchased.
- The maximum total term of DJI Care Enterprise is 36 months.

Damage caused by the following is covered:
- User error
- Signal interference
- Collisions
- Accidents and crashes
Activation and notes
After purchase, the code must be activated at https://service.dji.com/care/active to use the service.
Activation must be carried out using the desktop version of the website. Alternatively, you can enable “Desktop site” in mobile browsers such as Chrome or Safari.
Select “German” as the language and make sure that your device has already been registered via the DJI Pilot app to avoid error messages.

This item includes only the activation code used to extend the DJI Care service. All service claims and services must be handled directly with DJI.
Cancellation of the Care service is no longer possible after activation.
DJI Care is treated as a "multi-purpose voucher". No VAT is shown at the time of purchase for such vouchers. See Section 3 para. 14 & 15 of the German VAT Act (UStG) and the EU VAT Directive.
