DJI Care Enterprise Plus (L3) – 12-month extension code
With the DJI Care Enterprise Plus extension code, you can secure comprehensive protection for your DJI Zenmuse L3 for an additional 12 months. Within this period, you can have your defective device repaired or replaced with a new product free of charge up to a coverage limit of €13,700 – even in the event of accidents caused by yourself, such as crashes or collisions. This service therefore offers you similar benefits to insurance.
You pay $1,350 and receive $13,700 in repair value.
Important details
- The extension code can be activated before expiration or within 15 days after expiration of the original DJI Care Enterprise Basic.
- The service is only available in the country or region where both DJI Care Enterprise and the corresponding device were purchased.
- The maximum total duration of DJI Care Enterprise is 36 months (12 months included with the device + 2x 12-month extensions with this code).
- The coverage limit is €13,700.
Scope of service
Coverage includes damage caused by:
- User error
- Signal interference
- Collisions
- Accidents and crashes
Activation and notes
After purchase, the code must be activated at https://service.dji.com/care/active in order to use the service.
Activation must be performed on a desktop version of the website. Alternatively, you can activate "desktop view" in mobile browsers such as Chrome or Safari.
Select "English" as the language and ensure that your device is already registered with the DJI Pilot app to avoid error messages.

This item only includes the activation code used to extend the DJI Care Service. All service claims and services must be handled directly with DJI.
Once activated, the Care Service cannot be canceled.
