DJI Care Refresh can now be extended
DJI Care Refresh can be extended to a maximum total term of 3 years no later than 15 days after the current contract term expires.
DJI Care Refresh 2 Years: Can be extended by 1 year (no later than within the 15-day period after the current Care coverage expires)

The new express option allows you to skip the damage assessment process completely. A DJI Service Center will send you a replacement unit immediately after receiving the damaged drone.
Free shipping
DJI covers the shipping costs if the product is sent in for replacement with a replacement unit.

Once activated, the Care service can no longer be cancelled.
