DJI Care Enterprise Basic – 12-month extension code
With the DJI Care Enterprise Basic extension code, you secure comprehensive protection for your DJI drone for an additional 12 months. During this period, you can exchange your defective device for a new or refurbished replacement device up to two times – even in the event of accidents caused by user error, such as crashes or collisions. If the repair costs following an accident exceed the replacement fee, DJI Care Enterprise Basic allows you to obtain a replacement device at a reasonable cost. This service therefore offers benefits similar to those of insurance.
Important details
- The extension code can be activated before the original DJI Care Enterprise Basic expires or within 15 days after its expiry.
- The service is only available in the country or region in which both DJI Care Enterprise Basic and the corresponding device were purchased.
- The maximum total term of DJI Care Enterprise Basic is 36 months (12 months included with the device + 2x 12-month extensions via this code).
- A replacement fee applies for each replacement.

- User error
- Signal interference
- Collisions
- Accidents and crashes
Activation and notes
After purchase, the code must be activated at https://service.dji.com/care/active in order to use the service.
Activation must be performed using the desktop version of the website. Alternatively, you can enable „Desktop Site“ in mobile browsers such as Chrome or Safari.
Select „German“ as the language and make sure that your device has already been registered via the DJI Pilot app to avoid error messages.

This item includes only the activation code used to extend DJI Care services. All service claims and services must be handled directly with DJI.
Once activated, the Care service can no longer be cancelled.
