DJI Care is an effective, comprehensive warranty for your M350 RTK that gives you more peace of mind every time you fly. Here you can purchase an activation code for the DJI Care Enterprise Basic Service for M350 RTK. With the purchase you acquire the option to receive up to two replacement devices ("new or as new") for a defective device (e.g. after a crash). To do this, you must activate this code within the first 12 months of activating your DJI M350 drone.

Description

1. Before purchasing DJI Care Enterprise Basic, please make sure that the DJI Care Enterprise Basic bound to your device has not expired.

2. To ensure that you can use the service normally, DJI Care Enterprise Basic and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region and the service is only available in the country or region where DJI Care Enterprise Basic was purchased.

3. The maximum total duration of the Care Enterprise Basic service is 36 months (24 months included in the M350 drone package + additional 12 months with this product)

4. A replacement fee of €699 will be charged for the use of this service.

The service applies to damage caused by e.g:

- User error

- Interference

- Collision

- Crash

Care must be activated in good time at https://service.dji.com/care/active after purchase, otherwise the fulfilment claim expires at the end of your Care Basic period.

Note:

- The language on the activation page must be set to German and your device should already be registered with the Pilot app, otherwise an error message may appear during activation.

- The landing page is only displayed correctly in desktop browsers on a computer/laptop. Alternatively, you can select the "desktop view" in Chrome or Safari if you are using an Android or iOS smartphone/tablet.
