Description

1. Before purchasing DJI Care Enterprise Basic, make sure that any DJI Care Enterprise Basic already bound to your device has not expired.
2. To ensure that you can use the service normally, DJI Care Enterprise Basic and the corresponding device must be purchased in the same country or region. The service is only available in the country or region where DJI Care Enterprise Basic was purchased.
3. The maximum possible total term of Care Enterprise Basic is 36 months (1x 12 months already included with the device + 2x 12 months extension with 2x this article)
4. A fee of 890€ is due for the exchange.

Important notes:

  • On the target page for activation, German must be selected as the language and the device should already be registered with DJI via the Pilot App, otherwise error messages may occur.
  • The target page is only displayed correctly via desktop browser on PC/laptop. Alternatively, you can activate the "desktop view" in Chrome or Safari on Android or iOS smartphones/tablets

DJI Care Enterprise Basic can be extended for another year before expiration or within 15 days after the expiry date of the service .Only the activation code for registration with DJI is purchased.Activation concludes the Care contract directly with DJI, Airclip Service GmbH & Co. KG is only an intermediary. All service claims and services must therefore be handled directly with DJI. Once the code has been activated, cancellation is no longer possible!

Care must be successfully activated in good time after purchase at https://service.dji.com/care/active, otherwise the entitlement to processing will lapse.
