With the 3Dsurvey Classroom module RTK Videogrammetry, users get a highly accurate solution for the georeferenced evaluation of drone videos. RTK support provides the video data with exact GPS coordinates, enabling direct integration into existing CAD or GIS workflows. The Classroom module automatically converts drone videos into high-quality individual images, detects overlaps, and performs automatic image selection. Thanks to intelligent matching algorithms, even large video files can be efficiently converted into photogrammetric point clouds. This completely eliminates the manual effort of image selection – a clear advantage for projects with high data volumes or time-critical applications with RTK videos.
Direct workflow integration in 3Dsurvey software
The output of RTK videogrammetry is seamlessly integrated into the 3Dsurvey software. Users can create 3D models, orthophotos, or volume analyses directly from the video file – without any format conversion or external tools.
