Am I allowed to fly higher than 120 metres near an obstacle, e.g. tower, building, chimney or wind turbine? (EU drone regulation)

You may fly higher than 120 metres, provided you are within 50 metres of the obstacle, the obstacle is at least 105 metres high and you have the permission of the person responsible for the obstacle. If all requirements are met, you may fly up to 15 metres above the obstacle.

This means that you can fly up to 383 m above the 368 m high Berlin TV tower without any problems, provided you have permission from the operator.
