Are drones allowed to be transported in aeroplanes?
The drone can be checked in as normal luggage. A transport box is recommended to prevent damage during transport. However, the batteries should remain in your hand luggage and fulfil the airline's requirements. These may include restrictions on the number or capacity of batteries or special protective packaging. Please note that batteries with a capacity of more than 100 Wh may generally not be transported on aeroplanes.
