DJI Power 1.8kW Solar/Auto Super-Fast Charger
The DJI Power 1.8kW Solar/Auto Super-Fast Charger is a charger for the DJI Power 1000 and supports operation with solar power as well as via a vehicle or motorhome system. It enables fast charging on the go and is suitable for professional teams requiring reliable mobile power for surveying, inspection, mapping or emergency services operations.
Features
Compatible with DJI Power 1000; for increased capacity, the Power 1000 can be paired with the DJI Power Expansion Battery 2000.
Supports simultaneous connection to solar panels and a motorhome generator, with up to 1200 W of solar power and 600 W of continuous power supply.
The MC4 solar panel input supports 12 to 60 V, a maximum of 20 A and up to 1200 W.
The XT90 vehicle/solar charging port supports 12 to 45 V, a maximum of 43 A and up to 600 W.
During a journey of approximately 40 minutes, 1024 Wh of energy can be achieved if the relevant conditions are met.
Bidirectional charging can charge the vehicle battery via the Power 1000, helping to prevent battery discharge.
With the Power 1000 and a 2048 Wh expansion battery, a battery capacity of 3072 Wh and an output power of 2400 to 2600 W are possible.

During field operations, on construction sites, for inspections or extended mapping projects, the DJI Power 1000 can be recharged while driving or via solar panels. This allows onboard electrical equipment and mobile workstations to be operated for longer.
Installation and Operation
The charger is suitable for 12 V or 24 V vehicle systems. The input voltage of the vehicle charging terminals must not exceed 45 V. After installation, the wiring and terminal screws must be secured before driving. The device is not water- or dustproof and must be adequately protected during installation. The charging temperature ranges from 0 °C to 45 °C, while the power supply temperature ranges from -10 °C to 45 °C.

Which charging sources can I use simultaneously?
You can connect solar panels via the MC4 port and the vehicle alternator via the XT90 vehicle/solar port at the same time. This provides up to 1,200 W of solar power and 600 W of vehicle power in parallel.
What is the maximum charging power available?
Up to 1,200 W is possible using the MC4 solar port alone. To achieve the maximum total power of 1,800 W, a DJI Power Expansion Battery 2000 must also be connected.
Is the charger compatible with 12 V and 24 V vehicles?
Yes. The device supports both 12 V and 24 V vehicle systems. The input voltage at the vehicle/solar port must not exceed 45 V.
Is the device water- or dustproof?
No. The DJI Power 1.8kW Charger has no water or dust protection. When installed in a vehicle or used outdoors, it must be adequately protected from moisture and dust.
