What requirements must be met for the use of VR goggles in FPV mode with a UAS in the OPEN category?

1. A sufficiently qualified observer takes over the airspace observation

2. The observer must stand directly next to the remote pilot

3. The maximum distance of the UAS must not exceed 50 metres

4. There must be effective communication between the observer and the remote pilot
