Are photographs of buildings, squares and parks permitted?
Photos of all kinds are permitted for private use without publication as long as no laws are violated, for example by disregarding privacy.
For publication and commercial use, it is permitted under the freedom of panorama to photograph the sides of buildings, squares and parks that can be seen from publicly accessible areas without the use of aids such as ladders or drones. If aids such as a drone are used, it must be noted that buildings etc. that do not correspond to the everyday image could be protected by copyright, for example by the architect.
If another object is depicted in the photo, buildings, parks and squares are permitted as accessories.
