Is the use of video goggles permitted when flying drones (FPV)?

The use of video goggles such as DJI goggles by the pilot is generally permitted.

Drones flown with FPV (First Person View) must be operated in the "open" category within subcategory A3. This requires the presence of a second person who can observe the flight area and, if necessary, point out hazards or intervene in the controls.

Otherwise, a special licence may be required for operation within the "special" category.
