Description
1. Before purchasing DJI Care Enterprise Basic, make sure that DJI Care Enterprise Basic already linked to your device has not expired.
2. To ensure that you can use the service normally, DJI Care Enterprise Basic and the corresponding device must be purchased in the same country or region. The service is only available in the country or region where DJI Care Enterprise Basic was purchased.
3. The maximum total duration of Care Enterprise Basic is 36 months (1x 12 months already included with the device + 2x 12-month extensions with 2x this item)
4. A fee of ?799 is payable for replacement.
Covered are damages caused by, for example:
- Operator error
- Signal interference
- Collisions
- Accidents
- Crashes
Care must be successfully activated at https://service.dji.com/care/active shortly after purchase, otherwise the claim will be void.
DJI Care is treated as a "multi-purpose voucher." No sales tax is shown for such vouchers at the time of purchase. See UStG � 3 (14) and (15) and the EU VAT System Directive.

Important Notes
DJI Care Enterprise Basic can be extended for another year before the expiration date or within 15 days after the expiration date of the service. Only the activation code for registration with DJI is purchased. Upon activation, the Care contract is concluded directly with DJI; Airclip Service GmbH & Co. KG is only an intermediary in this process. Any service claims and services must therefore be handled directly with DJI. Once the code has been activated, it cannot be revoked!
On the activation landing page, German must be selected as the language and the device should already be registered with DJI via the Pilot app, otherwise error messages may occur.
The landing page will only display correctly on a desktop browser on a PC/laptop. Alternatively, you can activate "desktop view" in Chrome or Safari on Android or iOS smartphones/tablets.
