What are the consequences if a drone is not labelled?
If a drone weighs more than 250 g and has a camera, the operator of this drone is obliged to register with the Federal Aviation Office. Operation without labelling the drone with the operator registration number is an administrative offence pursuant to Section 58 (2) No. 4 LuftVG. The respective state aviation authority is responsible for punishing these administrative offences.
