Are there fines for operating drones without a drone licence?
If you act contrary to the legal provisions of the Air Traffic Regulations, the Air Traffic Act or the EU drone regulations, it is considered an administrative offence and can be punished with a fine of up to €50,000.
If a dangerous interference with air traffic occurs, there is even a risk of imprisonment.
